Married at First Sight S3: Tres Shares His Hurt About Vanessa's "Playa" Comment [INTERVIEW] PT.2

December 29, 2015

Who doesn't want to find true love? I know I do. Well, exactly how extreme would you go because, these six singles agreed to marrying a complete stranger!
The unions were created by a team of four experts: sexologists Dr. Logan Levkoff, psychologist Dr. Joseph Cilona, sociologist Dr. Pepper Schwartz and spiritual advisor Greg Epstein.

After getting married in front of their family and friends, going on an amazing honeymoon, moving in and living with one another at the end of the experiment, the newlyweds will then have to make
the decision to decide to either remaining married or to file for divorce.

The hit show "Married at First Sight" on A&E and FYI is a social experiment which involves three couples who make a covenant to marry one another legally only after meeting for the first time when they walk down the aisle.

Last time The Valid Lifestyle had the pleasure of catching up with Vanessa and this week we had a tense conversation with Tres.

"What was your first impression of Vanessa?"

I thought Vanessa looked stunning in her wedding dress, so first impression was definitely good. Was very relived that I was physically attracted to my wife. Standing there not knowing who is going to walk through that curtain was very nerve racking!

"Being very sexual individuals did he meet your standards?"

Vanessa did meet my standards. She is gorgeous with a great body. I have no complaints there at all. I think that us being attracted to each other really helped us build a certain chemistry faster than most people put in our situation.

"Were you upset about Vanessa labeling you as a "Playa" after hearing a little about your past?"

I was really shocked at first when Vanessa got upset about my past. I was so set in leaving my past in the past and moving forward with a fresh start that I kind of assumed that she wanted the same. After speaking with her more about it though, I definitely understood her side. I don't think she was necessarily upset with me, but upset with the fact that she didn't know that not everyone in the experiment originally was looking to be a part of Married At First Sight.

"Did you feel judged?"

I did feel like she was judging me and it kind of hurt at first because I had done so much to change to make myself ready to be the best husband that I could be. She did come around after that day though and I think that should understood that I had nothing but the best intentions for our marriage.

Thanks to Tres for checking in with The Valid Lifestyle & be sure to catch the new episode TUE 9/8con A&E and FYI. See you next week same place, same time as we chat with another couple from Married At First Sight.
